More than a decade ago, that passion led her to launch Monarch Design, turning what she loved into something even more meaningful. Born in the Bay Area and a Los Angeles resident for over 40 years, Kathleen finds inspiration in the best of both worlds—the timeless charm of Northern California and the effortless sophistication of Southern California.
